Class Warfare: the Battle Cry of Allies to the Perpetrator

A weak government feeds the war.

Catch us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines,
For our vines have tender grapes.

Song of Solomon

* * * * *

Republicans in Congress claiming a rise in "class warfare" occurring as a result of policies the Democratic party's leadership are championing appear shockingly blithe toward the numbers game ultimately determining their political future. Truth is the disaffected are an absolute majority on the down slope of a collapsing Ponzi scheme that otherwise is our securities-based financial system...

Make no mistake. Even were Representative Ryan's constituents predominantly wealthy, their well-being is threatened by a political agenda calling for government "sustainability" aiming to make an otherwise powerful body no more than a mouse scrambling for crumbs. Such are these "pro business" Republicans who couldn't distinguish Lincoln's greenbacks policy from Kermit the Frog. These are the limp noodles who believe in the magic of markets, rather than their own power to affect such profound change as could instantly create a stable environment suitable for sound investment promoting the health of the nation. The likes of Ryan are promoters in a circus invariably destroying hope the United States might lead the world forward in the 21st century. Like our President, too, Mr. Ryan is expert at selling a vile policy wrapped in pretty language.

If any "class warfare" is being promoted, a well-healed, philosophical enemy to uniquely American principles surely is behind it. Therefore, those who would sooner degrade the supremacy and power of our government — our ultimate arbiter — simply must be seen an ally in this effort.
