What New Front in the War on Wall Street Fraud?

Among the stage props in the land of "make believe" that is today's global, securities-based financial system are weak cups of tea passing for credible substance. Such is this so-called "new front on Wall Street fraud." Like all the other props feigning credibility — reaching all the way to the President of the United States and the leadership of the U.S. Congress — these things are made only to extend time during which thieving enterprises remain free to consolidate their financial position amidst further chaos whose probability is a virtual certainty. Were truth otherwise, would this cold, weak cup of tea be served so late, given the circumstances?
