My robe; how can I put it on again?

If guts were brains, then Merrill Lynch might better change its name to Einstein.
Did you see the story exposing how Merrill Lynch concealed bonuses it paid employees at the end of 2008? If the story is true, it is nothing short of scandalous.
Here's a little more from Herr Kudlow and Benito Gasparino. Get over the reek of CNBC's obfuscation. The focus on Merrill Lynch CEO John Thain's $1 million office redecoration apparently is deemed of greater commercial value.
What about the $3-4 billion in bonuses paid at a time when the business was hemorrhaging? Was it funded by the TARP?
Inquiring minds want to know...
