The debate over tax policy — already out of place — just got more ridiculous...
Newsflash! Yesterday's debt-laden, consumption-based economy is dead. There is no tax policy objective capable of changing this fact. No short-term fix will alter reality that, our crippled economy is in need of investment capital on the order of trillions of dollars per year. Arguing over tax policy at this time simply reveals how our nation's bankruptcy is reducing us to fighting over chump change.
