Privatized Social Security Exposes Casino Capitalism

Financial system vulnerability revealed by desperate grab for recurring revenues.

Catch us the foxes,
The little foxes that spoil the vines,
For our vines have tender grapes.

Song of Solomon

Were "casino capitalism" restrained, there simply would be no advantage to privatizing Social Security. A return to the American System of Political Economy focused on the physical dynamics of economy in a world led by people — real human beings, not mere capital — would afford such robust wealth creation that, Social Security and private savings could peacefully co-exist and, indeed, both flourish.

One only wonders what the likes of Steven Forbes in ranting against "socialism," thinks about the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.

Let Mr. Forbes' life-long support of a Value Added Tax speak for itself. The man thinks like a fascist.
